「教職員のための学生支援ガイドブック」を作成しました/We created the “Student Support Guidebook for Faculty and Staff”
このたび、当センターでは、教職員の方々の学生に対する理解・対応力の向上に資することを目的として、「教職員のための学生支援ガイドブック」を作成しました。
本ガイドブックでは、学生支援の基本的な考え方や姿勢について整理するとともに、教職員の方々が出会う可能性のある学生や学生を巡る問題を取り上げ、その理解・対応についてQ＆Ａ形式でまとめました。
学生支援・学生対応にあたっておられる教職員の皆様に参考にして頂ければと思います。
Our center has created the “Student Support Guidebook for Faculty and Staff” to enhance faculty and staff understanding of students and improve their ability to respond to them.
This guidebook organizes basic concepts and mindset for student support, and addresses issues involving students or related problems that faculty and staff may encounter, summarizing knowledge and procedures in a Q&A format.
