【To prevent the spread of the novel Coronavirus disease (COVID-19)】To students and staff members using the Center for Counseling and Disability Services

To prevent the spread of the novel Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), preventive measures listed below will be taken at the Center for Counseling and Disability Services as of March 12, 2020. We kindly ask for your cooperation.

1. If you have flu-like symptoms, such as a high fever, a sore throat or a cough, we ask you to stay home. At the same time, if you entered or returned to Japan from outside the country, students and staff are asked to stay home and quarantine themselves for 14 days according to preventive measures of Tohoku University. When needed, consultations via phone will be available.
2. When coming to the Center for Counseling and Disability Services, please disinfect your hands with alcohol or by washing your hands with soap.
3. Staff members of the Center may wear (surgical) masks during consultations.

Above measures may change according to measures of Tohoku University and/or national guidelines. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

 新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大防止のため、当センター(学生相談所・特別支援室)では相談業務に関して令和2年3月12日から当分の間以下の対応をいたしますので、ご協力をお願いいたします。

1. 発熱、咳など風邪様の症状がある場合、東北大学の新型コロナウイルス感染症への対応に従い、国外から入国または帰国され、その日から起算して14日間の観察期間中にある場合は、来談をお控えください。
必要に応じて、電話にて相談への対応をさせていただきます。
2. 来談時には、手を洗うかアルコール消毒液で消毒をしてください。
3. 相談員は、マスク着用で対応する場合があります。

 なお、これらの対応は、今後の東北大学、国や自治体などの対応方針を踏まえて見直す可能性があります。どうぞご了承ください。
