The Counseling Office offers appropriate counseling to university students about problems in their everyday lives, including academic work, future plans, interpersonal relationships, personal traits, and mental health. We provide counseling, consultations, and referrals that can help you enjoy a more fulfilling university experience.
We do not reveal any of your information shared during counseling sessions to anyone outside the Counseling Office. You do not have to worry about coming for advice on any problem of any sort. Please do not hesitate to visit us, even just to ask a question or talk about something that concerns you.
How to Use the Services
In order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 infection, face-to-face counseling and consultations at the office have been suspended and telephone consultations have been offered. In addition, online face-to-face counseling and consultations through video calls (like ZOOM) will be expanded.
First, please call or email us. At that time, we will discuss it with you, including how to consult with you. If you make an appointment by e-mail, please write an subject, such as “I want to talk with a counselor”, and following information.

b) affiliation and grade
c) phone number
d) history of visiting our office
e) what do you want to consult about
f) when do you want to consult(day and time)
g) how do you want to consult (Telephone consultation/Video call Consultation)
Consultations can be conducted more smoothly it au appintment is made in advance. Counseling sessions are free of charge.
